Amazing hotel

We loved all the facilities-pool, gym, sauna. There was always a sun lounger during the day it was never over crowded which was great. Breakfast buffet was amazing- so much choice and the staff every morning were so friendly. There was entertainment every night and the cocktails at the bar were delicious. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless.

We had booked the room with private garden and bathtub outside- the only down side to it was we had the end of row room meaning we were closest to the restaurant and there was a private stairs (staff only) that was next to the room and when staff would use this (not too often) they could then see into our terrace which happened twice while we were out there. This meant we did not make use of the outdoor shower but the bathtub was blocked by the wall, meaning if we were inside we could not be seen but just walking out and getting into the tub you would have to be conscious that no one is there. we would have liked it if it was fully private as this is what we booked for.

Clean, great facilities and amazing staff.

The staff were amazing, especially The reception staff - Olympia especially was so helpful, and another lady on reception who helped with restaurant recommendations and got us some crutches. We had some non hotel related issues on our stay. My partner broke his foot whilst we were out one evening and they were so sympathetic and helpful. Was spotlessly clean, great pools and spa and really Good gym.

Location wise you have to get taxis to go out for food. Evening meals at the hotel were expensive for the buffet restaurant.

A place to unwind and relax

Very peaceful and tranquil, managed to finish a couple of books during my stay. Can truly relax and enjoy the surroundings, sun and pool. The place is very clean and tidy, artificial grass everywhere, everythings being spruced up every morning, the whole area "mopped" using machines, glass panels cleaned etc staff doing minor repairs painting etc on the property every morning to ensure it's kept to a highest standard. Generously sized rooms with everything you need, mine even had a private backyard with a massive bath and private sunbathing area. Amenities are top notch as well, one of the best gyms I've seen in a hotel, quality equipment and plenty of people using it as a result. Nice and warm spa pool with all the "spa toys" working as it should. Plenty of sun lounger space around the pools and you also have your own in front of your bungalow. The hotel seemed full during my stay but it never felt overcrowded. Some live music during the evening gathering people together, lovely restorant on site, good amount of food to taste, not too little not too much. Truly enjoyed the food, lovely hot meaty meals, plenty of cheese, deserts and pastries to try as well, fresh fruits, ice-cream. Was initially supposed to be a couples holiday but eventually ended up going solo (life init). People staying were predominantly youngish couples with a mix of some general mixed age travelers, mainly brits l, with some Spanish, German and French in the mix. You would ideally wish to visit this place with someone, but doing solo is also doable, just have some good books to read or other ways to entertain yourself. You may be lucky to meet another solo traveler and make friends, however I wouldn't hold my breath on it. To summarise, it is a lovely place, for those wanting to spend some quality time with a better half, or just with one self.

I can't really fault this place if any way tbf.

Totally relaxing revitalising stay

Everything here was a standard I would expect in a 5* resort, including the food.

My only gripe would be that visitors should not be allowed reserve beds by the pool before they actually use them by throwing a towel on them, some for hours beforehand. This did not affect us as we had our own balinese bed with the room but I would be reluctant to book in high season if this option was not available due to this issue. Enteraintment

Tranquil, beautiful and exactly what I needed for a short solo break away!

This property was a short distance from the airport. It is absolutely beautiful, so clean and well maintained. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, service was exceptional. These suites are perfect for those travelling solo or as a couple. It’s a 5 minute taxi ride from playa de ingles and the beach. Food was plentiful and delicious! I was sad to leave but will definitely be returning!!

Loved it...very chilled, excellent staff and really nice sundowner vibe by the pool in the evening.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh. Staff were really helpful. Loved the pool and the fact that there was a lane up for swimming laps. Spa was excellent, treatments were very good, infinity pool an added bonus! Also loved our garden suite with hot tub and outdoor shower, very private.

Very calm & beautiful stay without any trouble.

The Hotel was really nice. It looks like the pictures shown. The bungalows are clean & have everything you need to feel comfortable. The terrace of the bungalow had everything you need for some nice and chill hours in the evening or in the sun. Pool, Bar, Sunroof and Gym was fantastic. The whole area looked very professional & welcoming. Food was always good regardless of which meal we had. There was so much variation for everyone. Drinks at the bar were always excellent & the evening shows were super fun too. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Always there to provide everything for their guests! Never seen a single Cockroach in the bungalows , only one time on the terrace when it flew towards us from the outside. Thanks to the Hotel Cat aka ( not the real name ) Bert. (He loves pets & food). We will come back without any doubts. Thanks for a great Vacation.
